Habitat For Humanity of Bergen County, Inc.
Habitat For Humanity is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping to provide affordable housing for residents of Bergen County. Since its creation in 1994, the organization has created over 200 homes for families in need throughout Bergen County.
Janine Getler has been on the board of directors for Habitat For Humanity of Bergen County, Inc. since 2002, and remains in the position today. In 2004, she entered the role of President and served until 2006. In addition to her continued commitment on the board of directors, Janine is also on the pro bono counsel, where she has remained since 1994, giving her over 25 years of experience in the position.
SB One Bank
In 2017, Janine Getler was asked to join the SB One Bank team, as an Advisory Board Member. SB One Bank currently operates 17 different locations in New York and New Jersey. As part of her responsibilities, Janine and other board members provide their guidance and expertise on how to operate as efficiently as possible as a bank, without losing the excellent customer service that they have become known for.
Rockland County Pride Center
Located in Nyack, New York, the Rockland County Pride Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping and supporting the LGBTQ+ community in the New York area. Janine Getler joined the Board of Directors in 2017 and remains on the board today.
